Sunday is my sabbath day. It's the day try reflect on the past week and prepare for the next. I give thanks and pray for blessing for us all. Yesterday I ate under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 919kcal deficit // BF↑0.3% // BW↑0.8#

Amen John I do the same and add a little gospel music ,praying,and I also sing not very well but my voice is heard loudly and I got my own church service going on you are doing great have a blessed day 😊🙏
