Almost 2,000 calories today. Not my finest accomplishment. Tomorrow, I won't remember eating the York Peppermint Pattie, the 2nd bowl of cabbage or the 2nd slice of Dave's toast with butter - but I recorded them in my Food Diary. Now, I'll try AGAIN to go to sleep.

I'm just a noob at this, but it's so easy to think: 'oh, that little square of chocolate won't count, right?' Keeping tabs on everything really helps to understand what's in the food we eat and eventually adjust.
