I went to a wedding and was so good...no alcohol, no potatoes, bread or pasta. I went straight for salad fixings(no lettuce due to it was mixed with corn - Diverticulitus), roasted tuna, chicken, refried beans and a large tablespoon scoop of chili. Coffee with cream...no sodas. The killer was red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing, churros & big sugar cookies. In hind sight; in the past, I would have had a half dozen cupcakes and a few of the cookies...I didn't...I had one cookie & two churros & two cupcakes(very small ones too boot.
