Diario de Katsolo, 18 oct. 21

Hiked yesterday, not a lot of distance, but climbs equal to 21 stories according to the watch. I believe that, too, since we were scrambling up canyon walls. Kept it slow and steady for my old girl. We had a good time and all three beasts were tired for at least 10 minutes once we got home. I got in the pool later, lasted 15 minutes. Still better than nothing. Most important was that it felt so good to be outside in the sun.
