No. ¿Me sentí bien? Bien, Eva! Así se hace. Seguiremos informando. --
*Gym Chronicles - almost two months*. I had a little break due to the trip to Tenerife at the end of October and the accumulation of work and domestic tasks that followed, but I'm back on the warpath.I was lazy to get back to work (why is it so hard to get back to good habits after an insignificant break?) and it was hard to find the time in my schedule, so I imposed myself to go at least to yoga (my leg was really hurting, for which yoga is a godsend) and from then on it has been downhill again. Not perfect workouts, but my attitude is back to "come on, let's go", and that's what counts for me. The rest comes on its own. On the 1st (a holiday in Spain) I was on my feet late in the day and decided to go for a swim. I found the pool empty (what a luxury! I thought) and the cleaning machine circulating on the bottom (what a rush to close on time! I thought) and I went for a swim, taking care to avoid the cleaning machine when I came across it. When I had less than 15 minutes alternating crawl and breaststroke, a lady came running to me and warned me that they were closing in 5 minutes. I put on my best "newbie that hasn't learned the holiday schedule" face and ran to get dressed. Did I work hard? No. Did I feel good? 100% The important thing is to get there, and do what you can. Today morning, for example, I wanted to hit the fitness room first thing in the morning, but I kept getting delayed. In the end I had time for an incomplete session (I skipped a couple of exercises because the machines were busy, for two exercises I did 2 sets instead of 3) because I had to go to my son's match. But the time I was there I worked hard. Good, Eva! Way to go. We'll keep you posted.
