Worked and swam yesterday. sore this morning so I know it was a good solid effort. working my way back up to 890. yesterday was 853 strokes, 10.6 METs, average heart rate at 153 so I was working. 7 minutes in zone 5, 18 in zone 4. harder to visualize those, but there are graphs in my app so all good. Muscle up, blob down, water is much better than it's been lately because I tired drinking some. funny thing.

Busy morning, already 9, keeping it short.
