Good night 😴 everyone have blessed night! I decided to take everyone's advice and not give up on my journey I'm going to get a good night's sleep get up in the morning start fresh make sure I keep an eye on my sodium my carbs everything I got my calories down that's a easy for me I just have a hard time eating 1200 but my sodium I don't know what I'm going to do but it all work out in the end!

You have come so far! Don't worry about getting quick results, try to enjoy the journey...it never ends. So less about "final destination" more about, "changing your relationship with food." I understand it can feel frustrating but you are doing so well! Find a solution that is sustainable.

I lost eating 1400 to 1500 calories. Maybe you could alternate every other day with a few more calories...allowing you to eat a little more of something you enjoy. Also eating more fruits & veggies can fill you up.
