Weekly update

Monday morning waking up to snow. I had looked forward to biking in April but not happening. This will be a cold week. Maybe next one...

Had a nice week. Went to the cermony watching my daughter write her name down in the book of lawyers and it was great fun. We were all so proud. We had a nice party day.

For diet and weight I am working on maintaining without a scale. Just getting into a pattern of measuring and feeling where I am at and being honest about it. I have never been a scale person so if I can live without it that would be great. But I will weigh to just make sure I am on the correct course.

I am eating more.... seems to be working out so far...

We are excited where I live for the possibility of some snow in the mountains and a little rain at my house - because of an ongoing, forever (it seems like) drought. Congratulations to your daughter! Good luck on maintenance! I have never succeeded there. Next time.

@ Crystal... I am in the middle of Canada slightly to the left... LOL... on the prarie. Snow is a bit unusual but I saw that there is a big cold from covering all the west and north part of our continent.
