New Week

I have been experimenting with eating more carbs but not happy with my lack of self control especially at night. I will gain weight if I cannot control that kind of unnecessary snacking. . Maybe I will go a bit slower this week and see if that is better. And also work on clearer eating routines.

I've never been able to manage maintenance. The second I loosen focu/control, I slide right back into carb hell. I wish you better actions😺

I'm sure you'll figure it out. I hate when I want to eat at night. I usually don't eat in the evening and if I'm hungry I'll have a hot cup of something and that usually helps. But I get the munchies sometimes too!

It is less about the carbs as such and more about the fat that is throwing me off. Cutting down fat is hard. But I think I can manage if I just work a bit slower. So far I have added some lowcarb bread, more berries, and more veggies, I think those are good but the dairy of cottage cheese and yogurt maybe more problematic for me. I will boil up some starches this week... a sweet potato maybe and try that. Baby steps. Thanks for tips

I try not to buy the snackie stuff because otherwise i will munch on too much of it! I tell myself i can only snack on fruits, veggies sml amt of nuts

I find that it I eat a little protein with my carbs it seems to help. Good luck to you.
