*Gym chronicles* It's been a while since I've posted about how I'm doing with my physical activity, so here's an update. I am only going to the gym for one yoga class a week, which is not much but it feels great. Until I see the last hour of the day clear at home, I'm not going back to that schedule, which is the one that suits me. Instead, I've been doing "something" every morning as soon as I wake up for two weeks now. I say it with caution, because as soon as I say something, I stop doing it. But it's going well for me. I follow short workouts from the Nike Training App. I started with 8 mins of yoga, and have been moving up to 15-20 minute workouts, sometimes yoga or mobility, sometimes strength. I don't want to go over 25 minutes because the goal is to not get lazy and not interfere with my morning routine. I know I'm not going to be a bikiny body with this, but with just this little alone I've noticed a clear improvement in my hip discomfort, and I'm hoping that little by little it will help me feel better and make it less difficult to get back to long workouts when the time comes.
