Made my goal of staying under 1,650 daily average of calories this week (1,649, lol). Next week I’m shooting for 1,450-1,550. The menu is going to include some take-out food because of the big cooking day for Wednesday’s birthday party. Monday: BoJangles BBQ. Tuesday: Horizon fried chicken breast & green beans. Wednesday: roast beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, broccoli casserole and Sister Schubert roll with butter. Thursday: lasagna. Friday: Cracker Barrel pecan pancakes with syrup (over 1,300 calories just for that meal). Saturday and Sunday: homemade spaghetti with meat sauce. Breakfast is always Dave’s Killer Good Seed bread with butter. Dinner always butter beans. Snacks always melons & some candy.
