Redporchlady, I was glad I followed through. It's easy to make excuses but I'd regret it later and besides my endorphins keep cked in and lightened my mood so it was a win win!👍💪

Just bananas, I met Joe 35 years ago at the gym. He lifted and played a lot of racquetball! He said he did his " time" at the gym and prefers now in retirement to stay busy with his boy toys. He has 2 classic cars that he works on, all his outdoor toys, and he likes working in our yard. I'm cool with that! 💜💜💜💜

Cindyoh77 I think somewhere around 17-20 lbs. I'm in a RV park gym and weights are scattered and odd sizes. It was already loaded when I picked it up.💜
