Diario de Debbie Cousins, 04 ene. 23

Finally below the weight I was at on 12/22! It was 218.8 then. It’s 218.2 this morning. Almost two full weeks of no progress! It was my decision to enjoy the holiday fare, though. Thankfully, I’m able to get back on track this week, and am on target to have my lowest calorie week yet (on 28th week).

Yesterday, I bought some nice fruit for snacking: green grapes, cherries, cantaloupe and honeydew. I really haven’t had any fruit in about a month, so it’s good to be getting in some good nutrients now.

Hope everyone’s off to a good start this week. If not, it’s not too late to turn it around!
