Here I go again. I’m starting fresh today…
This will be my first day using the FatSecret app. I am hoping to stay focused and motivated.
I feel like I am back at square one much more than I’d like, but I guess I have to start somewhere.
I like that this app has a support community and meal plan recipe recommendations.
