Belated addition of text. This is a couple pieces of the gorgeous tuna that my friend caught off the coast a few months ago. Simply seared on the stove, and I did spend a little time on the edges with skin so they were crispy. Dogs got absolutely none of this. I'll finish this piece off tonight, need to figure out what I want to do with it.

LB, this was such a dark, gorgeous piece of fish, I really didn’t want to mess it up with too much extra anything. The fish really stands out on its own. I’ll probably do another simple sear on tonight’s piece.
