Went to gym. I planned on using squat rack but busy and people waiting, bench press benches all taken, finally got to do lat pull downs and tricep pull downs. Had to use free weights for squats, deadlifts, and back rows. Did chest and shoulder presses also

Redporch, I'm not sure why it was so crowded. I was wondering if it was a holiday at first...but no so I don't know...I felt like I didn't get in a great workout but I did what I needed to do. I was going to squat 100#s but needed squat rack for that...oh well, next time Thank you for compliment💜💪

Mines usually only busy between 530 and 9 come on over. may be a bit of a drive and you may have to fight the kids for plates that they are using as an obstacle course lol

Aphoebe, Thank u! I like upper arms/ shoulders but don't like muscles in my forearms. It looks weird...oh well guess it comes from all the upper body stuff I do.

That's why we go early afternoon. Not quite so crowded. But, I don't go on the weight floor....use free weights or machines.

wifey, thanks!💜 I work hard on upper body. I get so much lower body workouts in body pump I rarely work them on my own. Today I decided to increase weight on squats but maybe I wasn't supposed to and that's why I couldn't get a squat rack ...who knows..!?💪

As soon as I posted my comment I walked out & every machine was in use! Did some arm stuff with the cable weights & thankfully it started to open up.
