By Monday I will have walked 200 miles since 1/2/23. I “only” walked 277 miles in the whole of last year!

That is awesome. Way to improve on your exercising. Of course that just means you will have to walk even more in 2024, but that’s a long way off 🤪

@lastisbest, just start with 1/2 mile a day like I did six months ago. @Daddy Manatee, I plan to be up to 5 miles a day by the end of the year. @JustBananas, lol, both good observations. @lane0138, @momo 13 and @Redporchlady, thank you for the encouragement!
