Good morning fat secret.well, I came to a big decision in my life. Lifting is no longer part of my fitness routine.life has I believe caught up to me, and that part of my routine just leaves me so sore.ever since my accident two years ago nothing has been the same.the pain doesn't allow me to do my job well and take care of my chores at home without being painful.so walking it is.if anybody has any suggestions I will take notes but for now here I stand.have a great day everybody stay safe healthy and strong.

I definitely sympathize. I have no intention of ever having another orthopedic surgery so I think twice now before pushing myself too lift much or doing things like skating.
No more plates, screws and wires!
I did have fun water skiing today even though my shoulders are mad about it 🙃

Just thinking out loud here MM2 but keeping your necesssry muscles in shape for running the homestead & work may be whst you need to focus on. There‘s always the military rehimen - chin/pullups, run/power walk, situps, rope climb, …. And maybe simulating chopping wood using a sledgehammer & sandbag/stump could keep that shoulder complex fit for when it‘s needed. Stay strong💪💪
