Good morning, fat secret rain today here on the mountain my walk got canceled so stationary bike it is.woke this morning to sore shoulders actually all week long they are sore.thought I was making progress but looks like walking is my new go to exercise it doesn't hurt me between feeding chicken hogs keeping up on land and my paying job that mainly uses my upper body we are abandoning any sort of lifting that's really bothers me but it's a sign.have a great day everybody.
