I don't usually substitute for things like bread and usually just avoid it, but the package claims 1 net carb per bun. I'll keep an eye out for any negative effects, hopefully they won't be an issue. Came out fantastic, though, grilled it on the stovetop in a cast iron pan and plenty of butter.
