@Kaylinrenee…I eat sweet potatoes every week, but so tired from work, I just microwave mine on a plate w a little water. My favorite way to eat sweet potatoes is oven roasted “fries” seasoned w EVOO, pink Himalayan salt, pepper, and chili powder. Your grilled ones look SO good!
