I've done ballet, modern and tap dancing, but country line and the more formal types (classical waltz, rhumba, foxtrot, tango, etc.) are uncharted waters for me. At the zoo, we lost our pandas, but we do have polar bears and my favorite: meerkats.

Congratulations on your new job! Sounds like you have some great goals already started. I know a big thing here is Pickleball! I am thinking of taking up archery. The line dancing is awesome idea becasue you can do alone or with others. I have done that. We have a couple of bands we are going to starting New Years & then later in January so lots of dancing!

Pickleball is a favorite of my neighbor’s, but I am embarrassed that I’ve never seen a game! With your arm strength, archery would be perfect, @Red (I am watching the second Avatar movie right now, so it’s funny you mentioned it).

JB, I wanna try archery! I was a decent shot with a rifle growing up (I was on a team), so I am hoping archery will be (quieter) fun.

We have something in common. I love pandas and polar bears and am obsessed with meerkats! You are the only person I have ever met who loves them. And we have done the same kind of dancing. I guess the only pandas left now are in Atlanta.

For your Panda fix check out Explore.org. They have a live panda cam in the Wolong Valley Nature Reserve in China. As I type a mom and baby are playing on a swing.💞
