Another week with over a pound lost. Good for this stage. I feel like.

I weight in at 124 last January before I went dark again here at FS. So this year I am ahead of the game. I may get a better yearly average weight this year which is my main goal.

Had a good exercise week. Sore today as Friday and Saturday were big weight lifting workout days. But I think I can still go out and run.

Most days were grey this week but had one really clear morning with nice moon shine and on one my walk I discovered some spring flowers. I think they are called snow drops.
