"You have to train yourself to not give up"... one of the many exercise videos I sample said the other day. That really struck me. I was faced with the third day of gain in a row and as usual part of me was thinking may as well eat blah blah blah. (peanut butter).. Well if I do that I end up fat again. That is my usual pattern. So I am training myself to not give up... or give in to my food addictions
.
As I moved from the city out into the mountains I have no gym so I have been trying to stay fresh by sampling a lot of exercise videos... you tube... tubi..pluto...cable tv shows what have you. It has helped. I still exercise daily... and I am in pretty good shape.
.
One of the things I do pretty much daily now is BOLLYFIT...I would never ever thought I would like it since I have no rhythm. But it is fun and it helps me with moving a lot of joints and not stiffen up... wonder what else is out there...
