Liv001 i put the chicken in the pan with butter. Then thought, hmm what's this missing? Oh how about wine. I looked in my cabinet and there it was. Just put a few ounces in and reduse a little. Then, i remembered i had frozen ham leftovers. Threw them in. Whipped out the Swiss and walla! Soooooo flavorful
