Aliens do exist! I don't have concrete proof, however I went to add the unplanned after dinner chips, beer, sprite and gin to yesterdays log and there was no record of my breakfast, lunch, dinner or my physical activity entries that I swear I added yesterday. So that explains it, the Aliens came by and made me eat that stuff and logged into my FS account and wiped out my entries. I have my ray gun with me today. I re-added all entries including the stuff they made me eat. The scale is down in a nice way today. Not sure how, but I will take it. Happy Tuesday..
