Diario de LAFORGUS, 03 jul. 17

What can i say... i am ashamed of even coming back and talking to you people...

At the end of the Year i got to my ideal weight, and i thought i was ok, so i stopped checking in here, My company had new branch and i had to move there.

I ran under many food problem where i had to eat what was faster and easy to get, which of course, it was the junk food.

Now 6 months later i see myself fatter than the whole 2016, so easy to mess in 6 months what i have been working for two years, i made a stop, slap myself on the face and tell myself, come on, you can do this, you did ti before!

Sooo that's it, here i am once again..
