I did great tonight at my birthday dinner - I logged every bite, and only went over RDI by 190 calories. I ate all fish and vegetables, and a small amount of the gorgeous FREE dessert the waiter brought us. Had he not done that, I would have stayed under my RDI. In the past I would have eaten fried foods, meat, and a whole dessert! Some good behavior nodification, and total honesty on my food log.
