Diario de abbadabba, 25 feb. 18

Checking last week: overall the average intake for the week was a surprising 1250 calories per day. Too many celebrations, though, and too much cake and crackers and candy. Birthday parties and funerals have both tempted me with the cakes at those events.

First: Working on the intake, upping the protein and cutting fat. I have said it before, and I am still working on that. I am giving away my snack pack of crackers - what was I thinking, I don't know.

Second, I have to get to the gym at least 3 times a week, because I am just not burning any calories or building any noticeable muscle. Wasting my time with the trainer if I don't get over there more often. I might have to switch gyms because this one is too out of the way really, gotta figure that out to keep working out with my friend.

Thirdly, I have to find my fitbit charger. I can do the step counts on top of the heart rate monitor. And I have to shoot for more than I can do, because that is what seems to actually get me in the losing zone.
