Looking for consistency in accountability, friendship, support, and gradual weight loss. I count calories and do 16:8 Intermittent Fasting (weekdays). I work out 6 days a week on average for 20+ minutes. No refined sugar. No white rice, white potatoes, white bread. No artificial sweeteners. Little to no alcohol. Moderate caffeine. Suggested calories per day is 2100 -- I subtracted 500 calories and came up with 1600. And then changed it back to 1900 because I binged.

*I struggle with portion control and over snacking in the afternoon. My will power sometimes is powerful, and other times as weak as a wet noodle. I have lost a significant amount of weight over the past 3 years -- and still have more to go to reach my goal weight. I believe in taking baby steps -- setting small goals to reach. Still working on my small goal of 220 from a year ago. (Made smaller baby steps - now goal is 230.) It will come.
*I feel 1000x better when I work out. Been on a little break lately and today I started back. I do Beachbody on Demand (and Skimble) and love the variety it provides -- I get bored quickly! I schedule my workouts in the morning--before breakfast. I take a rest day on Saturdays, unless I feel it is needed to power out a binge week.
*I enjoy the outdoors -- particularly in the fall and spring. Looking forward to getting outdoors more.
