I am in my 50's, married to a beautiful woman, and I work as a police and fire dispatcher in Texas. I am a Christian, and I am really enjoying life in the process of bettering myself. I have been involved in exercise for several years, but only recently have I tried eating more sensibly. Looking forward to improving my overall health and fitness levels.
