Seven years ago, with the help of fatsecret, I went from 242 lbs. to 198 lbs. Two years ago, I'd crept back up to 220 lbs. Another round of factsecret, I brought it down to 182. Today, I'm at 194. Let's turn this around now. Can I get down to 175 pounds? That would be very empowering for my 64th birthday. I hate that eating standard healthy food leads to this inevitable slow gain, but I accept the fact. So be it.Let's start again.
