On the app I have different macro goals, but that’s cause I gave up trying to get these numbers 😆

The % changes based on the daily calories consumed. It’s much easier for me to go by grams per day and not care about %. I’m a numbers person so this is hard for me but I just ignore the percentages and even the spread (40-30-30). Protein is manageable and I can even get close to my carb/fat goals. Those don’t matter to me either as there seems to be no change if one is high and the other low when I’m 1500/1600. At 1200-1300 they matter for me ;).

For me the #1 macro is protein, but not cause of weight loss

But cause I care for the muscle, protein as you know is use to build n repair muscle 😋

Cakana...3 yrs. but the thing is I had a child between those yrs. I did not dieted while pregnant or even right after

Short version I lost 30-40 lbs on a low carb diet....I was miserable 😖 everyday I would ask myself if it was even worth it.

May 27 2017 i discovered the word calories...and i started to take them into account along with a flexible diet 💕💕💕💕💕 I lost weight while eating my favorite food 💕💕💕💕😃 I finally learned what being consistent was

August 2017 I discovered I could count calories and better than that, there was apps that could keep track 😱😱😱😱😱

And that’s how I got “skinny” (counting calories my lowest weight was 114lbs...but being a mom I did not feel comfortable being that skinny)
