4 yrs of this journey. I started with a sad 😢 low carb diet, I was told fruit was bad for me and it made me fat 

Something I struggled so much with 😣 

Excellent transformation.. a much healthier look, and beautiful skin and sparkling eyes. 

End of 2017 I found out about flexible dieting and I found about about a balanced diet something “normal” people do without thinking about it
