Chicken and cheese casserole with broccoli. It’s totally a small dry stuffing base with smoked Swiss and havarti followed by cut chicken breasts and steamed broccoli and 1/2 Campbell’s broccoli cheddar cheese pouch followed by a repeat. Used olive oil butter. Because sometimes you have to make a hearty dinner. It’s so cold on the east coast. We need to remember that we need to be able to eat things that aren’t always the healthiest w/o guilt. Low carbs ok most of the week...veggies absolutely, protein got it. I included healthy fats but honestly I replaced butter months ago for when I cook or bake. Calories in calories out...log everything...exercise and drink water but most importantly we need to stop beating ourselves up for cooking for our family or enjoying a weekend or a cheat day.

Chris I feel guilty eating anything that isn’t a protein and a veggie 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have to chill because my daily intake is lower than RDI and I’m in a deficit all week so weekends I remind myself that it’s ok to eat idk like pizza or whatever. I had McDonald’s 3 weekends ago for the first time in months and because I have been eating so healthy it actually made me sick. My stomach was pissed off😂 3 bites of a burger and I was done. I think because I have lost a decent amount of weight and work hard for it, it’s more of a fear of gaining it back I guess. I have to change the way I think about it.
