Keyten77– inside your head you KNOW. The answer to this.. a lifestyle change that encompasses fewer processed foods, simple carbohydrates and added sugars. Consistent daily physical activity, ideally 1-2 hours after you eat . Your body will prioritize the carbs you have just eaten to fuel the activity. It can be done without pain and struggle— it becomes HABIT. HABit trumps motivation in the long haul. But, if you do need a little motivational kick in the butt— some people are currently paying as much as $800.00 a month for Insulin. Depending on their insurance situation of course. You do not want to be one of those people.

I overindulged with Super Bowl food, lol. Ended up doing OMAD yesterday (wasn't the plan). Wasn't really as bad as I thought, although I did snack a bit before bed. Still down almost half a pound this morning.

You know, I have notice that after a day of 3000 calories I tend to eat less the next day. I go into “intuative eating” mode, I only eat to fuel ⛽️, only if hungry. I find this a lifestyle I can live with 💞

I am so glad keyten77.. keep up the good work. Diabetes is a horrible disease and for T2 it has got to be worth it to do anything in your power to stay away from that needle.
