Thanks, ladies! It's from 2012. I was in much worse shape at one point, that 220lb still has a lot of muscle underneath, I was once 220 without touching the weights. I just would never allow a picture back then, haha.

I had a pretty bad back injury in 2010 causing me to lose motivation and gain fat and lose muscle.

I think I know what you mean by that. I've shown this before pic to friends and family and they can hardly believe that I got that out of shape. My natural tendency is to overeat which is why I have to use this site to reach my goals. The habits we form in childhood are a part of us forever it would seem, at least in my case. Most people I know just think I have it easy. Not the case, I work my butt off for this.
