Thanks a lot FS... my thumb hurts..... ummm I have never seen so much weight loss in one day!!! We also have a lot of newcomers!!😊 I love this group. I’m still newish here and I have learned sooooo much. A loss of 0.1 to 10 lbs is a loss!! For those posting they went up 0.1-2 lbs, our body fluctuates every day so don’t beat yourself up!! Maybe start weighing once a week instead of daily. For those who come here and post your up 1-20 lbs you’re being honest and you got this.
