Tough food day. I was in a bowling tournament for over 7 hours, 6 games. My arms are sore and I really need to do my exercises. I avoided the pizza and beer traps but man I was starving. I snacked on rice rolls, diet soda and cheese. The soda was a major no no and I am paying the price now, gas, gas, gas. Hopefully I will have a better grip tomorrow.
