Started my morning with ☕️and bible study. Now time for studying Psychology and breaking a 19 hour IF with this 💣 Belgian waffle and sausage gravy and real Pa Farm Show maple syrup courtesy of my hubby 💕🤓 ✝️🤓🧐🤯 🥞

That’s how I feel when I do my Bible Study. It’s helpful for the soul! Continue on your wonderful road and remember every seemingly blocked path is just another lesson and another way to overcome what we thought we couldn’t and be victorious. And remember to love and laugh every single day, too. Sorry if I sound so preachy. 😂

bkdl🤗🤗your bio🤗🙌 we sound a lot alike 😂😂 my hubby is just a construction foreman though. But he can carry a whole couch on his shoulder 💪💕

😂🙌I noticed that as well! It’s always a plus, in my book, to be exposed to people so unlike yourself to give another view into life but also nice to know that some people have a lot in common. Believing in a kindness approach is a stellar quality you seem to have.

Yes🤗🤗 the only other differences is I don’t hit up the gym. I really want to. I have some injuries and medical conditions that makes it hard. But I have started 🧘🏻‍♀️ and I do my stair climber and squats 😊 I was thinking of doing a bio, but I have been so open 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s all over my journal anyways😂

The gym is great but so is just moving and that’s exactly what you’re doing! Do what you can as you are able. Bring the best us we can be.

JC you are doing great! You are awesome! we can't compare ourselves to anybody. If you can't do the gym that's okay. In time you will if that's your desire. your food looks amazing. is that I F working for you? I tried it yesterday I lost a pound and a half. I'm not going to eat again today until tomorrow at noon I'm see how I do. way to go girl girl great! God is good :-)

agree with the keep moving and do what you physically can do. I'm an old psych nurse so good luck with your psychology studies.

Skinnyminilinny 😊 hi friend 💕 I love IF. It’s something that came super easy anyway as I’m not really a breakfast person unless someone else is making it like hubby. However after my daughter I was a total McDonald’s breakfast bagel every morning with a coke and hash brown. I used to eat my feelings. Now I just extend my IF, but I’m finding this week, I could go all day without eating. I’m not sure if it was what went on here or if it’s school stress. But I would prefer it to eating mindlessly when stressed.

wishinggoodfood 😊 thank you. I definitely have a lot more spark and pep in my step. Yoga and stair climber and squats seem comfortable ❤️ I love psychology so much that I’m on my fourth psychology course🤗🤗 the mind is fascinating!! My dream is to be a CRNP, but I’m not sure I have it in me. But being a psych R.N has been at the top in regards to my scope of practice.

3camica3 oh my word😋😋🤗 always so good. It’s been a few months since we had this or chicken and waffles. They definitely fit, because when I started here and was losing weight we had it at least monthly 🤗🤗😋
