Dinner is served 😋😋🤗🤤 Mediterranean salmon from Aldi. Kept it PC🙌 2 fillets cut in two. My oldest wanted my BIL rice and beans with chicken he brought over, but also had brussel sprouts 🥰 Hubby, Brody and I are having the salmon with brussel sprouts. One piece is left over. I made my Romanus chicken sausage links instead of the banquet ones and he had no clue 🦹‍♀️ 😂😂🥰 So tomorrow the fun begins 😩 methotrexate is upped and now injections💉😱 Boo 😒 That yellow looks like it’s going to burn!! I will be partaking in a piece of Costco sheet cake tonight dang it. A nice little piece 🍰.

salmon so good ever had it topped with horseradish then baked?

Take horseradish from the jar plain no cream no mayo no nothing add to top of filet and bake now the kicker is take sour cream and 5 pepper blend use that to dip fish in oh goodness

Some people blend the horseradish with toasted bread crumbs not me i love horseradish to much to mix it with bread hell i use horseradish on all my meat ham,pork,chicken heck everything

I been on it for a month now so increasing my appetite haven't weight yet but I'm pretty sure it won't be nice 😔 but atleast I feel better it's worth it.
