Wifey, it's an extremely light meal, because I'm back on the 5:2 diet and today it's restriction day. The novelty is that I have used my new air fryer for the first time, making the tofu shown in the photo. Sprinkling it with a little cornstarch, it comes out with a perfect texture, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Wifey, the 5:2 diet is based on the idea of intermittent fasting. There are different versions, but the 5:2 diet involves eating a normal, healthy diet for five days every week and heavily restricting your intake (500-600 Kcal) on the remaining two days, which I do non-consecutively. It is a system that I had already used in the past and it worked very well for me to lose the typical 3-4 kilos that you accumulate over time. In the last year and a half I have regained them, and I have to take control again. My diet is healthy, so the problem is in the quantities. As I don't like to measure everything I eat and keep the feeling of restriction on a daily basis, I prefer a system like the 5:2, which certainly involves an effort on "fasting" days, but where I eat without restriction (but in a reasonable way) on the other days.
