Diario de Alnona, 22 mar. 17

Can anyone tell me the % RDI of fats, proteins, carbs & such in a 1300 cal diet. I can find pie charts galore but no RDI charts broke down in actual % numbers?

If you mean what the recommended intake of each should be, I was looking for that myself the other day and found that your diet should consist of 45%-65% carbs, 20%-35% fat and 10%-35% protein. I also found that the ideal would be 45% carbs, 30% fat and 25% protein. Hope that answers your question!

I'm on 1200 at the moment. I think the app suggests a certain breakdown, but it's possible to customize. My nutritionist recommends 20% carbs, 40% fat and 40% protein no matter what your RDI is. If You're on the app on your phone, scroll down your food journal for the day, hit "reports"and the bottom, then hit the target on the top left. From there you can add in gram goals and the app will automatically calculate percentages, or add in percentages and the app will calculate grams.

I eating 20% protein, 30%good fats and 50% carbohydrates

I'm on a protein/carb ratio myself. Carbs = up to 2× your daily protein. So if you have 50 grams of protein, you can have up to 100 grams of carbs. This is just me, everyone has a different blend that works best for them. You'll find your own balance soon. Live long and prosper!
