Well, I kept busy all day and ate less than my allotted 1300 cals. I balanced my carbs with a hefty helping of protein and some good fats(salmon & beans). I wanted ice cream so I scooped out a 1/4 cup and it satisfied the sugar craving. I hope all went well for you folks today. Sleep Sweet.
