I am not necessarily one for weighing every day, but today I had perfect timing to catch a new low! Here is Day 2 breakfast of the 10-day cleanse. I cut down on the apple this time. It's supposed to be a smoothie but I am not a fan of smoothies so therefore too unmotivated to get out the blender. Have a great Monday! It's raining here but I have the day off for Patriots' Day.
