So difficult. Not sure why. Deprivation is what it feels like- I just hate being controlled... even by myself. Funny, I am generally a very disciplined person.
Managing my WOE during travel and schedule changes is especially challenging. Lots of travel this month and next.
Back on my Fitbit, which motivates me to move- on days that I am not at the gym it is AMAZING how little I move. I need about an hour's worth of exercise ( treadmill, walk, etc) to reach my 10,000 step goal with ease.
