Diario de skwhite, 30 jul. 12

I am frustrated with myself that I didn't lose any weight but I will not let this detour me. I have one more really busy week with being out of town again this weekend. I am hoping to hold my ground and not gain anymore.

I am convinced that maintaining weight for a while is a win. Why? Because we are losing weight fairly rapidly (relative to our original gain) and we need to give our bodies time to normalize our new size. This is not scientific, just my opinion of what is happening when I hit a plateau. So I am not really bothered by it anymore, just giving my body time to adjust to the new normal about every 5 lbs.

You may be right. I was also reminded today reading other people's journals that I need to be thankful about how far I've come and quit getting discouraged about a minor hiccup.
