Day 2 of 3 days of eating

I didn't start eating until 6:00pm yesterday (breaking 2 day fast) and I went on a carb fest. Only gained one pound this morning. Goal is to make it the only pound I gain until Monday morning (when I restart the 5 day fast).

So the plan today is low carb and high fat. My wife made me Lemon fat bombs last night so I will give those a try this afternoon :)

Talked to my sister who just lost 50 pounds on Keto. She is now on day 6 of a 10 day water only fast. Losing one pound a day.

In Los Angeles we are having a heat wave so I have to get my 5 mile run in before 7:00am

Wishing my FS friends a wonderful day and support on their WOE goals! I offer no advice only my own experience.

** Update ** Went on a 7 mile run, get on the scale and it says 176. So yeah the scale is worthless. My diet is going well. Interesting to see what it says tomorrow if I eat low carb today...
