ok, well I feel a bit better today. Things will work out eventually, just not as quick as I would like, but 'such is life'. At least I was good on my woe today. I need to keep it going this week. Temptation has been all around!
I'm doing my 3 day stall/fat/fast Day 1 today. At least my scale did show a drop! It has been driving me crazy lately, but again yesterday with not feeling well and all I didn't eat much so that might have helped. I hope I get completely out of this slump (mentally, semi physically) I have been in.....I know some have suggested I change jobs, that is not an option at the moment. I just need to remember what one person said, that they look at their current situation as a 'temp job' until the real one 'kicks' in. Soooo I'm working as a 'temp', seems to help me dealing with the mental stress thing. But WOW sometimes...its like......EEEKKK & other times its like......blah.... So anyway, I'm ok, just not my best.
