60 lbs down :-) --> I think we can loosely say I hit the goal weight I set for myself 18 months ago, though I have 3 more lbs to release before I work up slowly to maintenance calories. It all pales in comparison to what I've learned about this body, heart, and mind since I began this journey. Therein lay the true celebration of discovering just how amazing this body is and how much it does for me, every day.
